Today, I am going to review a web series in this article which is the House of the dragon review.

These trends are still going on after the theatres were opened to premiere the movies. Audiences like to watch something that is new and interesting, something that makes them feel like this is extraordinary. Now they really like the content in which the characters are well written and the story is magnificent in its own way. So for all the series lovers. Today I am discussing an outstanding upcoming series named- House of the dragon.

- Olivia Cooke:- We are looking at Oliva Cooke as playing the role of Alicent Hightower. The daughter of Otto Hightower. She is one of the seven women in the kingdoms
- Rhys Ifans:- Rhys is playing the role of Otto Hightower. He is the hand of the king and faithfully serves the king and his realm.

House of the Dragon trailer release
According to the House of the Dragon Review blog, The House of dragon’s trailer was released by HBO on July 20. The trailer looks amazing, while watching this short video we are getting the feeling of how fantastic the series is going to be. The trailer shows outstanding action sequences with lots of drama. It also shows battle scenes that look stunning.
It also represents the dragon entry and the conflict which was the center part of the series. And lastly, the battle for the becoming the successor of the Iron throne, is happening between Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and Prince Daemon Targaryen.
In the trailer, they show traditionalists or the old generation is not ready to accept a woman to take over the Iron throne. But Rhaenyra wants to create a new order. Hollywood had a huge name in action series or movies. It will be interesting to see how much this series’ action made the audience crazy.
House of the Dragon’s Plot
If we talk about the storyline of House of the dragon. The series is based on the author’s Martin book named ” Fire and blood”. Which shows the history of House Targaryen. The show is set 200 years before the game of thrones and it will be based on the conflict between two heirs of the king. The conflict starts when the king chooses to change his successors, as he already chooses Damon because he was the only one who is the king’s male relative on the other hand princess, Rhaenyra proved that a woman is also worthy of the iron throne.

House of Dragon will be released on 21 Aug 2022 on HBO Max worldwide. But If I talk about India, then HBO max is not available in India so for the Indian audience house of the dragon series is going to be released on 22 Aug 2022 on Disney+ Hotstar. This news was posted on Disney+Hotstar’s official Twitter account while writing ” News from kings landing- House of the dragon starts streaming 22. august only on Disney+ Hotstar.”
House of dragon series is based on the book
House of dragon series is based on author R.R. Martin’s book “Fire and Blood”. This book was first published in the year of 2018. Author George RR Martin says about the upcoming series House of the Dragon. He had high hopes for the series. He believed that it can reach a wider audience in the same way game of thrones did. He also writes in his not a blog site about seeing the rough cut of the house of the dragon season 1.

In House of the Dragon, they are going to show female characters at their forefront for the first time. The story is making a new history by confronting gender inequality. In my opinion, it will also be interesting to watch the female lead as the main character. If they talk about the makers of the house of the dragon they express their thoughts and say they tried their best to make the series amazing and interesting so the audience will love it.
On the other hand Fans also eagerly waiting for the series to come. They have their eyes on this upcoming series’ fans are excited to watch the prequel of the game of thrones. Let’s see how many expectations this Series can hold up.
