LIGER Movie Review: Puri Jagannadh will soon release the sports action movie Liger, which he also wrote and will direct. The movie, which was simultaneously filmed in Hindi and Telugu, is made by Dharma Productions and Puri Connects. Along with Ananya Panday, Ronit Roy, and Ramya Krishna, who play crucial parts, Vijay Deverakonda plays the movie’s titular MMA fighter boxer. The director originally wanted to work with Jhanvi Kapoor before deciding to work with Ananya Panday. A crucial part in the movie is reportedly played by The Iron Mike Tyson.

Sony Music India purchases the music rights. On May 9, 2022, Vijay Deverakonda’s birthday, the first single, “The Liger Hunt Theme,” was made public. On July 11, 2022, the second single, “Akdi Pakdi,” was released.

Liger Movie Release Date
According to this LIGER Movie Review blog On August 25, 2022, Liger will be released in Hindi (Bollywood), Telugu, and dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The movie’s scheduled release date of September 9, 2021, was announced earlier in January 2021. But the movie had to be delayed because of COVID-19 pandemic-related production delays.
In December 2021, the current release date was announced.
